• The top layer feels like a cotton silk mix and then it has little embroidered dots scattered over the entire surface
• It has a wrap design that hooks into place around you with a series of hook & eyes
• The front plunges into a V and there is a panel of the same fabric that goes all the way around the shoulders in a bit of a caped feel
• You can wear this on the shoulder or off
• The waist is elastic, so it is very easy to fit and should fit a range of sizes
• The entire skirt is finished with a wide 16 inch ruffle and it follows the curved shape of the hem to come up and around at the front.
• Because of the wrap design when you move and walk you get a bit of flash of leg
• Fully lined in a hand set black silk organza
